Orígens Fair: the date with Catalan gastronomy that you cannot miss

Therefore, this month we propose a different and extremely delicious plan: the Orígens Fair. An event that will take place on November 20 and 21 in Olot and that, for two days, will turn its fairgrounds into the capital of quality gastronomy.
And more than 60 producers from different parts of the country gathered there to present their most innovative proposals. From infusions, wines, cavas, beers, or kombuchas to oils, preserves, dairy products, nuts, boletus, chocolates or sausages. All made with local ingredients respecting the raw materials. Because, if one thing prevails at Orígens, it is quality and excellence.
Also, the exchange. For an entire weekend, visitors will be able to enjoy activities designed to share flavors. One of the highlights? The Cuina Classroom. A space that will feature the presence of successful chefs and where professionals and amateurs will be able to discover new culinary proposals and techniques.
And if the Aula Cuina is one of the most outstanding spaces in Orígens, the Aula Tast is one of the most precious. For only 1 euro, visitors will be able to try products from Garrotxa, the Pyrenees or Menorca, the territory invited to this meeting.
But in its 2021 edition, Orígens will once again extend its proposals outside the fairgrounds and schedule parallel activities throughout the city. From concerts or open-air dance and theater shows to workshops and gatherings with the owner of the Ca l'Enric restaurant (La Vall de Bianya), Joan Junca.
