Camprodon
Camprodon, in the Ripollès region of Girona, is one of the most charming villages in the Catalan Pyrenees. Its iconic New Bridge, spanning the River Ter, the cobbled streets of its historic centre and landmarks such as the Monastery of Sant Pere and the Church of Santa Maria make it one of the most popular mountain destinations in Catalonia.
Surrounded by valleys and forests, Camprodon is an ideal destination for enjoying nature all year round. Nearby are the Vallter 2000 ski resort, the picturesque village of Setcases, the Headwaters of the Ter and Freser Natural Park and the Vall de Núria. During summer, the area offers countless hiking and cycling routes, horse-riding excursions and natural pools where visitors can cool off.
Camprodon is also an excellent destination for discovering the gastronomy of the Ripollès while staying in some of the best hotels in the Pyrenees, where wellness, mountain scenery and tranquillity create an unforgettable getaway.
