La Fira Orígens de Olot, uno de los eventos favoritos de los gourmets en Cataluña, está a punto de empezar. La gran cita agroalimentaria se celebrará los días 19 y 20 de noviembre en el Recinto Ferial de Olot y, como siempre, tendrá los productos de la tierra como protagonistas.
Durante un fin de semana, productores y cocineros ofrecerán degustaciones, talleres, cocina en directo, conferencias y venta de productos agroalimentarios. Es un acontecimiento de referencia que cada año ofrece la oportunidad de descubrir nuevas propuestas de proximidad y de gran calidad.
Este año será la 10.ª edición de la Feria y por la ocasión se esperan muchas novedades. Los visitantes podrán probar y comprar embutidos, cervezas artesanas, fruta y turrones ecológicos, entre otras delicias. Y como gran acontecimiento, también se celebrará el Primer Concurso Nacional de Botifarra Catalana, acompañado de una cata de morcillas.
