Ruta de Beget y Rocabruna por los caminos de contrabandistas

Para los que buscáis rutas exigentes de alta montaña, os proponemos hacer la ruta circular de Beget y Rocabruna. Es un itinerario largo y con bastante desnivel (740 m), que os llevará por los caminos de la Alta Garrotxa, muy cerca del Vallespir (Francia), con unas magníficas vistas del Pirineo. Son un total de 13 km que pueden hacer en unas 4-5 horas.
El itinerario comienza en el bonito pueblo medieval de Beget, desde donde hay que subir el cuello de Malrem, limítrofe con el Vallespir. Este es un paso de montaña histórico. La Alta Garrotxa ha sido siempre territorio de frontera, y su paisaje, formado por riscos, paredes de roca y bosques frondosos de encinas y robles, es uno de los más singulares del Pre-Pirineo oriental.
Hay que seguir la ruta flanqueando la montaña hasta el castillo de Rocabruna. La vuelta a Beget por el otro lado, os llevará por saltos y pozas de agua.
Ruta de la fuente de las Dous por las llanuras de Espinalba y de Abella

Esta excursión circular sale del pueblo de Llanars, en el Valle de Camprodón, adecuado para los que buscáis rutas de media montaña. Son un total de 11 kilómetros y un desnivel de 575 metros, que os permitirán descubrir lugares encantadores del Alto Valle del Ter como por ejemplo el pueblo de La Roca, que se encuentra en lo alto de un espectacular acantilado.
La ruta es circular, con salida y llegada en el puente del molino de Llanars. Diríjase a Espinalba para llegar a la Fuente de las Dous. Vuelva por los núcleos de Abella y La Roca.
El Valle de Camprodón es precioso todo el año y en Llanars mismo encontraréis el Hotel Grèvol Spa, ideal para descansar y cargar energías después de esta ruta de montaña. Ruta del Exilio de La Vajol

Si sois fans de la historia, os encantará hacer esta ruta del exilio de la Vajol, que recorre los caminos que hicieron los republicanos que marchaban a Francia durante la Guerra Civil Española. Atravesaréis la frontera para adentraros en los bosques del macizo de las Salinas en el Empordà. Tiene una dificultad media y se puede hacer en unas 4 horas. Son 13 km de longitud y 474 de desnivel.
El itinerario comienza en el pueblo ampurdanés de La Vajol y sube hacia el macizo de las Salinas, desde donde atraviesa la frontera hacia el Vallespir hasta el pueblo francés de Les Illes. Durante el recorrido podréis visitar diversos lugares de la Memoria Histórica mientras disfrutáis de los magníficos bosques del macizo de las Salinas.
Muy cerca de La Vajol encontraréis el pueblo de Maçanet de Cabrenys y el Hotel Els Caçadors de Maçanet. Y un poco más lejos, en Cantallops, el Hotel Can Xiquet. Ambos situados en la sierra de la Albera donde descubriréis esta excursión y muchas más.

Excursión de Ribes de Freser a la ermita de Sant Antoni

El Valle de Ribes está lleno de excursiones de todos los niveles. Sin duda una que no puede faltar en vuestra agenda es la bajada de Nuria a Queralbs por el camino viejo (de subida también para los más valientes); sin duda, es una de las excursiones más espectaculares del Pirineo. Pero si buscáis una ruta diferente, os recomendamos el itinerario que va de Ribes de Freser a la ermita de Sant Antoni.
Se trata de una excursión fácil con poco desnivel (300 m) y una duración de menos de dos horas. Comenzad la ruta por el camino que sale de la fuente de la calle San Quintín, en Ribes. La subida es continua y en unos 50 minutos estaréis en la cima, con unas vistas panorámicas espléndidas: el imponente macizo del Taga, las montañas de Vall de Núria, la cima del Puigmal, la Collada de Toses, los contrafuertes de la Molina...
Si queréis, podéis visitar la ermita de Sant Antoni y reponer fuerzas en los alrededores, disfrutando de las vistas y de un pícnic al aire libre. En Ribes mismo, encontraréis el Hotel els Caçadors, con restaurante incluido, y referente en la comarca.

Ruta sobre la vía Annia, en Vall de Bianya

Esta ruta transcurre por el Valle de Bianya, junto a Olot. El municipio de Vall de Bianya está situado entre la Garrotxa y el Ripollès y está formado por valles grandes, pequeños bosques, arroyos y paisajes preciosos y poco frecuentados - o menos frecuentados que otras zonas de la Garrotxa. Es una excursión apta para todos los públicos y está bien señalizada con carteles de la red itinerancia, pero tened en cuenta que tiene 8 km de longitud y un desnivel acumulado de 450 metros (se puede hacer en 2 h 30 min).
La ruta es circular: comienza y termina en Hostalnou de Bianya. Seguid las indicaciones hacia Sant Miquel del Mont que iréis encontrando al inicio de la ruta. Antes de llegar, pasaréis por la fuente de la Torre, el cuello de Bastons y luego llegaréis a la ermita de Sant Miquel del Mont. Desde allí arriba, tendréis unas vistas fabulosas de Vall de Bianya, por donde pasaba la antigua vía romana del Capsacosta o Vía Annia. Seguiréis después hacia la hermosa iglesia románica de Sant Andreu del Coll, antes de tomar el camino de vuelta hacia Hostalnou de Bianya.
