Origens Fair: the appointment with Catalan gastronomy that you cannot miss
En Grans Hotels de Catalunya nos gusta viajar, estar en contacto con la naturaleza y, sobre todo, conocer nuevos destinos a través de su historia, su arquitectura y su cocina. Sabemos que a muchos de vosotros también. Por eso, este mes os proponemos un plan diferente y sumamente delicioso: la Feria Orígens. Un evento que tendrá lugar el 20 y 21 de noviembre en Olot y que, durante dos días, convertirá su recinto ferial en la capital de la gastronomía de calidad.
Y es que más de 60 productores de diferentes puntos del país se citaran allí para presentarnos sus propuestas más innovadoras. Desde infusiones, vinos, cavas, cervezas, o kombuchas hasta aceites, conservas, lácteos, frutos secos, boletus, chocolates o embutidos. Todos elaborados con ingredientes de proximidad respetando la materia prima. Porque, si una cosa prima en Orígens, es la calidad y la excelencia.
También, el intercambio. Durante todo un fin de semana, los visitantes podrán disfrutar de actividades pensadas para compartir sabores. ¿Una de las destacadas? El Aula Cuina. Un espacio que contará con la presencia de cocineros de éxito y donde profesionales y aficionados podrán descubrir nuevas propuestas y técnicas culinarias.
Y si el Aula Cuina es uno de los espacios más destacados de Orígens, el Aula Tast es uno de los más preciados. Por tan solo 1 euro, los visitantes podrán probar productos de la Garrotxa, del Pirineo o de Menorca, territorio invitado a este encuentro.
Pero en su edición 2021, Orígens volverá a extender sus propuestas fuera del recinto ferial y a programar actividades paralelas por toda la ciudad. Desde conciertos o espectáculos de danza y teatro al aire libre hasta talleres y tertulias con el propietario del restaurante Ca l’Enric (La Vall de Bianya), Joan Junca.
